Reinforcement Pads

  • Re-Pad / Repad
  • Lateral/Nozzle Reinforcing Pad
  • Branch Connection Pad

As the name implies, reinforcing pads (repads) are used to add strength in locations where pipes intersect. Repads are commonly required to be the same material thickness and grade as the larger of the two intersecting pipes. As they are incorporated in the pressure boundary, all specifications for the process piping system must be considered in materials of construction for purchased repads.
